courier service company who had had experiences sending packages everywhere in the
world. Delivery times may varies between countries to countries but most countries our
delivery time will take approximately one week; some items to different countries may take
longer for delivery. Our Courier Service company; www.tikinet.co.id has a worldwide
networks that deliver your order right to your door. We do not share shipping information
with anyone other than our own internal administration department. We, also, do not take
profit from shipping rates. Rates are provided by our Courier Services Company. Any

Duties and Tax
We do not handle Duties or Taxes so does our Courier Services company. You may receive
a notification from our or network Courier Service company that your order has arrived but
cannot be delivered to your door unless you pay first the duties or taxes involved, in this
case, we are not responsible if you decided not to pay taxes or duties involved that prevent
the order from arriving to your door. In case the order is returned by our Courier Service
company to us, we will not refund your shipping or handling charges. We will only refund the
dollar amount of your order from us.
So please check again with the custom or tax office in your country regarding the duty or tax
rates from ordering clothing or garment materials from Indonesia through mail order. We
will wrap the package as conspicuous as possible as it will not attract a specific attention
but we will not be responsible for duty or tax involved in importing the garment materials to
your country.

you wanted to send the order to different addresses when you order from us, you may fill out
a shipping addresses at Checkout menu when you pay your order. Address for credit card
payment must be the same as registered in your card but shipping addresses can be
different as you enter as you please.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Two components are in shipping rates, they are rate per 1 kg and rate 1 kg afterwards.
