We provide first quality shirts that are intended to be free of defects and high quality. If a defect
occurs, it is generally visible after the first washing. Greg Big Shop will replace any defective
garment during the 30 days. If you have an item to be returned, the first step is to e-mail
(info@gregbigshop.com) or call us. All returns must have prior authorization.
This policy allows tracking your return so that the replacement shirt is shipped as soon as
possible. Any shipping costs associated with returning the item to us are the customer's
responsibility unless prior arrangements are made. We will ship the replacement item at our
cost. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Our warranty is limited to the
defective item. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Please note all laundering
instructions on the label. Wash all shirts with similar color in cold water. All 100 % cotton
clothing will have minimal shrinkage when laundered. We have used pre-washed materials
to minimize shrinkage. Normal wear and tear, fading after time, normal shrinkage and failure
to follow laundering instructions are not covered by this warranty.
