Greg Big Shop is an online clothing shop specializing in providing Big and Tall sizes
garments at affordable prices. Our selection ranges from T-Shirt and Polo Shirt.
The size is generously cut and comfortable to wear from 6.7 ounces 100 percent Indonesian
cotton. Indonesia is abundant with its textiles and garments production, so we are using our
national treasure for sharing with people everywhere where sizes do not matter anymore.
All cotton garments are pre-washed, do not smear, and pre-shrink to guarantee good quality
clothing for our customers.

2. How secure is Internet ordering?

When you open our Web site, www.gregbigshop.com, and start filling personal information,
you will notice that there is a lock status bar on your browser indicating that you are connected
to our server on a secure line. This means that information entered here cannot be viewed or
intercepted by unauthorized people as it is sent between your browser and our servers. We
encrypt all information that you submit in ordering one of our products using the Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
SSL, a protocol developed by Netscape for transmitting private documents via the Internet.
SSL works by using a private key to encrypt data that's transferred over the SSL connection.
Both Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer support SSL, and many Web sites use the
protocol to obtain confidential user information, such as credit card numbers. By convention,
URLs that require an SSL connection start with "https:" instead of "http:". So when you fill in
personal information in our Web site you will notice that the URL will change from "http:" to
"https:"

3. How do I order?

Ordering is simple. You may create an account first to enjoy the benefits of express checkout
by filling in all your personal information. By using this option you will enjoy the benefits of
express checkout every time you order through our Web site. Or you can click first our
departments to choose which types of clothing you like, then click buy for an item you like. You
can continuously shopping by clicking item you purchase. At the end of your shopping
experience, you can check your Shopping Cart where all items are listed by your choice. If you
agree then you may continue to fill in your personal information and shipping address and
make a payment by credit cards of your choice.
Shipment will take about one week. Each time you purchase through our Web site, we will
send you immediately notification e-mail for successful transaction. This e-mail is your
confirmation.

4. How secure is my personal information?

Your personal information is safe with us. We do not share or release our customer's
personal information including phone numbers or e-mail address to other companies for
marketing or commercial purposes. Some companies do share information, we absolutely
do not. We believe that our customer's personal information is an asset entrusted by our
customers to us, so we must guard it at our discretion and safety.

5. What is your return policy?

We allow return and refund. If you have an item to be returned, the first step is to e-mail us at
info@gregbigshop.com or call us. Returns will be accepted for exchange or refund, for any
reason, within 30 days. All returns must be in new, unused condition, unwashed, and unwear.
No returns will be accepted that have been washed, altered, dirtied, or damaged. All returns
must have prior authorization. If it is our mistakes, we will not impose any shipping charges
and you may return your order to us and we will refund your shipping charges through your
credit card and ship your correct order immediately.
Refunds are credited to the card used to place the original order only. Refunds are for the
merchandise total, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

6. How can pay for my order?

We currently do not accept payment by credit cards. We receive the payment when the goods
ordered are delivered. Cash only.

7. Can I pay by Check or Money Order?

We do not accept Check or Money Order. Cash only.

8. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Typically, your order ships from our warehouse to the courier company within 24 hours from
receipt of order. You will be notified of any backordered by e-mail. We use courier company
with its international networks who had earned its reputation (http://www.tikinet.co.id).

9. Do you have a printed catalog?

We do not have a printed catalog. gregbigshop.com is available online only. We do not spend
too much money on non-essential expenses; we keep our overhead costs as little as
possible. And we pass our savings to all customers by providing cheaper prices.

10. What is your warranty policy?

We provide first quality shirts that are intended to be free of defects and high quality. If a defect
occurs, it is generally visible after the first washing. Greg Big Shop will replace any defective
garment during the 30 days. If you have an item to be returned, the first step is to e-mail
(info@gregbigshop.com) or call us. All returns must have prior authorization.
This policy allows tracking your return so that the replacement shirt is shipped as soon as
possible. Any shipping costs associated with returning the item to us are the customer's
responsibility unless prior arrangements are made. We will ship the replacement item at our
cost. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Our warranty is limited to the
defective item. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Please note all laundering
instructions on the label. Wash all shirts with similar colors in cold water. All 100 % cotton
clothing will have minimal shrinking when laundered. We have used pre-washed materials to
minimize shrinkage. Normal wear and tear, fading after time, normal shrinkage and failure to
follow laundering instructions are not covered by this warranty.

11. Do you accept international orders?

No. We do not accept International Orders.

12. How about Taxes and Export-Import Duties?

All prices are free of any taxes from www.gregbigshop.comt. No Export or Sales or Value
Added taxes collected from our main location.

13. How do we communicate with Greg Big Shop?

It is highly recommended that our customers use e-mail to communicate with us because
both customers and Greg Big Shop will have electronic copies being discussed. This is
important in case that our customer services people making errors. And it is important for our
customers also, to have copies so they do not forget matters being asked or resolved. We will
always improve our services but please note that 100% security is not always possible.
